CEOGault & Millau Hellas
Stylianos Grigoriadis is the co-founder of BeFoo, the Parisian start-up that prepares and
delivers healthy personalised gastronomy meals thanks to an innovative nutritional
BeFoo was selected by the gastronomy guide Gault & Millau International (G&M) as one of
France’s top five most promising foodtech startups.
This prize gave Stylianos the opportunity to meet with the president of G&M and shortly
after to cooperate with the gastronomy guide in order to introduce it in Greece. The effort
was centered around consolidating the Hellenic gastronomy’s identity.
Gault & Millau Hellas was launched in November 2019 at the Embassy of France in Athens
and its first restaurant guide is expected in early 2020.
